I have been a customer of the Fredericksburg -Central Park Sport Clips for the past seven years. I have had outstanding customer service from all of the employees who have waited on me. Yumi and Sherida are excellent, as they have cut my hair on many occasions!

I checked in online, and arrived 16min before time recommended. It said I was “On Deck”. My selected stylist finished her current customer, then walked to the register, changed my status to “33 min wait”, and called a young man seated behind me, who was in “next available” status. She obviously knew him, and called him by name. I said,”Excuse me, ain’t I next?” She replied, “I’ll be right with you.” The board read, “33min wait”. I left, and returned in 29 min. My name had been removed from the board!!! I signed in again - 1hr, 23min wait!!! Ridiculous!!!

No one greeted us and despite no one being there we had to wait.. after 15 min and obviously the employees not caring we left..
